The tritone plates are printed at CTD Printers, the line blocks are made by Blinford Graphics, and the insets between pp. 4-5 and 108-9 are printed by the Aldine Press. 825 copies are bound in stiff covers and 90 copies are quarter bound is Oasis leather and paper marbled by Colleen Gryspeerdt and include additional examples of Chinese ceremonial papers.
